Ram Air kits...for thirdgen camaro's?

Hey anyone know any companies selling ram air kits for our thirdgen camaro's? I have a 1991 Z28 1LE 5.7liter automatic. Anyone make a homemade one and does it work? How much horsepower gain do you think?
