350 short block. . . . 305 complete.

I just got a 355 SBC. Forged pistons, whole deal. problem is has no heads or covers etc. . . I've got a totally complete 305 in the garage now. I know about all the covers and bolts but what about the heads? One of the valve size is 1.94. I've searched and not come up with many stuff.

Take care,
Jon

how about the push rods? basically a 350 is just a 305 with a bigger bore right?

Well, those heads will work, but will suck on that 355 big time. As for the stroke, 305's and 350's are the same stroke, hence the rods are too.
