These the right casting #s...and if so which heads are they??

These the right casting #s...and if so which heads are they??

I'm not sure if these are the right set of numbers, but i managed to get a peek at them w/ the oil fill cap off. The numbers are 14102193 - - now are these the right casting numbers? If so does anybody have any information as to what kind of heads they are?? I bought the car last fall and really dont have a clue as to the specifics of the parts.
