I go to get the oil changed at wonderlube, where you sit in the car while its being done, and all I hear is "your oil pan is dented...oil pan leak...oil lines leaking....front main seal leaking....transmission pan leaking.....transmission rear output shaft leaking." AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. Sorry, had to vent. Then I get everything fixed and I go back to college, and now its snowing here. Damn wisconsin.

yup. I figured it'd be alright, but I guess not. Its only got like 104,000 miles on it. well its fixed for now, but i am getting a new motor anyway, so I just gotta keep tabs on the leaks till then.
If you're going to buy a new motor, you should just put regular castrol oil into this one. Don't waste money on synthetic anymore if it's going to leak out. I don't know if changing back will help the leaking at all, and it probably won't.
That's O.K. It's snowing here, too. At least there's JJO...
Did you switch to synthetic just before storing it? You probably should have driven the car with the synthetic for a while to soften up the seals and clean out the "crap" that was sealing your engine. I've converted to synthetic on engiens with a lot more miles than that with no real problems.

No, I switched to synthetic last spring, like in may or something. I drove it all summer, then stored it, and it never leaked then. I looked under where I stored the car and didnt see any leaks, and it ran wonderfully everytime I started it up over winter. It was just wierd, cause I didnt expect it at all. The thing that really bothered me was that I drove the car for a week before this, like 200 miles, and it didnt have that much oil in it. We'll see what happens in the future I guess. Now I gotta save up for the new motor.
