belts

if you want to change the heads on a v belt equipped camaro,do you have to change to serpintine belt setup?i remember hearing someone say a while ago that newer heads only mount to pulleys that work on serpintine belts.

Ya
that could well be the case, the new ones 86 n up have those serpentine belts and it might be possible to switch over to the old belt style.

You don't have to change to a serpentine setup to change heads, that is not true.
