L98 vs. Buick ?
If I went up against a stock L98 Z/28 or TA on the street, How would I do? I don't have any 1/4 miles times YET.What do stock L98's run?

Depending on gearing and such most L98 cars are anywhere from high to low 14's. Mostly mid to low 14's though. For example the original owner of my IROC took my car to the track when it had 23k miles and all it had was K&N's and it ran a 14.2 . Which shows a good in tune L98 can post some good times stock. I say your car should probably beat a stock L98 car. All depends on traction and just how much that buick weighs.

If I had to guess I'ld say about 3700 lbs. maybe less . 350 buick motors only weigh 450 lbs. to a 455 buicks 610 lbs. so I've got that on my side.
After putting in the posi rear and No-hop bars I 've got ALOT more traction than before but I still spin the tires for 40+ feet if I stab it off the line,so I have to slowly get on it.

Top L98 IROC-Z's and Z28's run low 14's. Usually around 14.2-14.4, sometimes faster than that, but thats what they are usually around.

If I got beet how bad would it be?
I dont know if you you can use this but I beat a kid by about 6-8 car lengths from a 30 mph roll last fall ,I just shut it down because he was so far back ,it must have been less than an 1/8 mile his car is an IROC it's an '86 or 88 I forget wich with a TPI 305 Auto . When I raced him my car was still ALL stock with 2:76 one legger rear and cast iron manifolds I hadn't done anything thats in my sig yet.
Theres a '72 350 that runs 14.4 in the muscle car drags he has to run all stock **** to even his tires his car weighs 3900 lbs. and has 3.42's were as I have 3.55's.
How far behind will I be, a car length maybe?

It should be close but it's hard to say without any idea what your car runs. You really can't go by the '72 that runs 14.4 in the stock class because people are notorious for building sleepers that appear stock but are in reality far from it. Not much difference in ET between 3.55 and 3.42 gears. As an example of the difference between 5.7 and 5.0 TPI's, my car in stock form with 150,000 miles runs 14.4. Another guy I go to car shows with has a 91 Z28 with a 305 TPI automatic, without the G92 option, 80,000 miles and he runs 15.5's at the same track.
