Okay, I have a friend of mine who will not shut up about his stupid cutlass and my car not being all that impressive to him. Well, hes willing to bet me $5, and I want to shut him up. He says i have no chance but to take him from a stop. The other day, we were going somewhere, and I was on it, Ill admit, and he passed me at like 75 mph. As hes going past me, I get pissed, accidently hit my shifter, and note that it now drops into 3rd. So since I stayed in 4th I look like a jack *** for losing to his 3.4 DOHC cutlass. Of course right as I hit 3rd my oil pressure gets too high and seeps through a gasket and my car starts throwng black smoke out the hood, so I back off for fear of a bigger problem.

Anyways, we are gonna race 45 to 85 so no one gets in serious trouble if we get caught. Think I can win? I plan on starting in 2nd, revving to 5200, then hitting 3rd. Is it normal for what he did to happen to me? I'm like WTF, I shouldnt lose to that thing, but dare I say, Im a little intimidated about it after the last encounter. Should I be worried. This is with the trans am in my signature.
