My friend with the fox body GT...302, GT40X alum. heads, STOCK cam, cobra intake, T64E turbo, 3.55's.

Same place as the kill I just posted about 5 minutes ago. We started off from 55 - 60 and it wasn't even close. He made me look like I was standing still I guess 537 ft. lbs. of torque at the rear wheels will do that.

Yep...all the other guys with similar combos on tires that will stick are running 10's. It's a lot of fun to ride in! 45 mph roll in 2nd gear...stomp the throttle...you just start spinning :lala:

 

I've heard turbos on 'Stangs like the stock cam better than almost any other. Makes sense honestly. BTW - You're a supermod over at AFM... just thought I'd letcha know I'm a member there now. djstang46 = me

 

Yea, the turbos like low valve overlap. The stock cam is actually one of the best cams you can run with a turbocharged 5.0.
