I love to lose...

Why do I love to lose, just as much as I love to win. When you win, you feel good. You drove good, your cars good. When i lose, I know that I have power, so when I lose I know that I have just run an excellent built machine. Wouldn't it be sweet to just run a Viper, even though you lose, you get to hear, see and smell it, and you can say "yeah, I ran a viper"

Yea, everytime I race and lose it just makes me work for more parts harder. I think racing is bad for my bank account!

It gets to the point, after so much money, that you just don't race anyhting and everything. You get snotty and choosey.

That really pisses people off.

If you drive a lo3 like me,.....you get used to it But don't think I'd trade it for the world. You don't have to win all the time to have fun. It's the surprising win that you get every so often that keeps you going for more.

I know what you mean. But I have yet to lose in the Brute Force, one of these days I will move up from the old 2.8 and 3.1 chevys and race me an old un-modded v-8.

Man ive been driving my moms van lately!! its a 92 3.0 aerostar. That thing is pretty quick for a van. Its weird I can stay in first gear to 45-50 mph. I wish my iroc did that.

my car i manually powershift at 50mph (5250rpms) out of first then 85mph (5000rpms) out of second and then my speedo ends. I didn't even get out of second in the 1/4mile. Second gear takes FOREVER! I think i have 2.73 posi gears, but i don't know for sure because the car didn't come with posi stock. I'm going to find out once and for all over winter break from school when i get to see my car again. I did the 70mph test where you drop it in drive at 70mph and the rpms it's reading are your rear gear ratio (3420 is 3.42) and it read almost exactly 2560rpms(2.56). Doesn't explain my bad gas mileage though...

Yep, I lose to my friend's GT every time we race, but I just can't get enough of watching that thing run (479/596 to the wheels!)
