Had a '03 Viper SRT-10 v. a F-16 Fighter Jet that was nick named "The Viper" for being able to pull 9 G's and go twice as fast as the speed of sound...something like 1500 MPH.

They did a 1/2 Mile race

at the 1/4 the Dodge had he beat bad...But by the 1/2 it was a photo finish

Outcome....

F-16 won by .2 of a second....pretty cool watching it

I just saw this a few minutes ago. It was an 03 viper but it was pretty cool race.

And have you ever hear of the Lighenfelter Vette that they put through more test than that Viper. Was in some magazine where they matched the Lighenfelter Vette against one of the Blue Angels. The Vette could do 0-60 in 1.9x sec, beat the top twin turboed Viper. I think it had 800+ hp, was twin turboed, the engine looks completely stock. Ran the 1/4 in 10 range, burning tires through every gear I believe, even with some **** on the track. I would have to look up that last part to make sure it is right.

 

i saw the one with the vette it was bad as .****. ... there showing this one again for anyone interested .. its on the superstation in about 5 mins

saw it right now all i can say is wow!! that **** was so bad it must be fun to have a half mile to yourself ... anyone know what it ran in the 1/4 .. i heard 13.?? in the 1/2 maybe im getting it confused with the 1/4 ??

 

The Vipers and Vettes are qiuck, and the TT one's are fast, but can they do this??
