Racing tonight :):):):)

Whats up ya'll .. tonight im racing a 1988 cougar .. it has the 3.8L v-6 also he has a K&N filter and some cheap exaust .. now i was wondering should i race him or not .. I don't wanna get beat by a 88 cougar

I think you got him, the 5.0 Cougers were dogs, the 3.8s were horribly slow!

i think that you win, the cougars weighed like 4000lbs to your 3500 or so, so there's quite an advantage in itself.

my dad had a v6 cougar, and i have an LO3, both stock, the LO3 was faster.

I have a 88 thunderbird turbocoupe and it is supposed to run around 16 even and it blows the v6 cougars and t-birds out of the water so you should have no problem.
