It's BS and was done up by the guys I hang around with over at www.fuelslut.com. local orlando car club.
the guy on the moped is 12 sec gta (i think thats his name on here). the audio was edited onto that videoto make it seem like the moped was actually winning. they ddi a decent job tooo.. surprised me.
