How fast is a 1995 Z28?

I was wondering what kind of times a 95-97 Z would turn in the 1/4, how much HP is has(275 i think), 0-60..basic specs. Im thinkin about buying one as soon as i sell my thirdgen(sorry guys

Low 14s is the average. Most run about 14.2@99. Some well driven 6 speeds can easily hit 13's.

95 had the single cat and was rated at 275HP
96 and later had dual cats and were rated at 285HP

0-60 times around 5.7 - 5.8

i just raced a 95 z the other day. hes got intake and exhaust, auto, ive got exhaust and a standard. he got me by about 3 cars to 100, which was alot less then i was expecting

My friend with HITHERE 95 Auto ran 14.0 stock.

Headers, exhaust cut out, drags & CAI he ran 13.0

LT1s are some nice cars, tho i dont think they are that quick. i met up with two guys at route66 in joliet when i ran (btw that track is ****tiest track ever) and i talked to em for a bit. one guy had a bone stock vert, ran 14.0 @ 99mph and the other guy with intake, mods, yada yada who claimed to run mid 12s ran a mid 13. they vary...torquey little beasts just no upper rpm horsies like the ::drool:: LS1

i await the day i can drive my 98 LS1...

what mods do you have done? i lost by about a car and 1/2 to a m6 with roller rockers only, no cat or anything...still pissed about that race...
