Is it bad when....
Last night me and 2 friends (in a dodge dakota behind me) went over to another friends house.
I went down the street at maybe 60. Its a long straight road with housing lining both sides. Since it was so late I wasnt to worried.
Well next thing we know some guys starts checking our plates and writing numbers down.
We leave about and hour later to become blocked in by a guy in a truck. Me and my friends get out and preceed to have a heated conversation with this guy. He looked nervous as he talked mad crap.
well next thing we know he says "well i think you need to slow down" as he raises a gun to scratch his head. One of my friends laughs at this man and the other stepped forward towards him. The guy at this point is scared. The guy with the gun was scared. He told my friend to backoff and he got back in his truck and went on home.
For some reason the gun did not intimidate us BUT we wanted to get this guy in trouble so we called the police. About 20min later 2 sheriffs show up at his house.
We preceed to explain what happened and the cop goes and looks over our cars...he comes back and says "aren't you Joey ****** I know that camaro"
I went OH CRAP. He preceeded to chew me out about speeding! And he has no proof. Somehow we got completely off the subject of the gun and he just chewed me out. I was like WTF this is ridiculous.
Finally they left and said they were going to "investigate" the matter but I dont think anything is going to happen because I must have a bad reputation with local law enforcement. This isnt the first cop that has remember me from my car...but usually they arent mad...
I think its BS and I figured Id vent. Does anyone else have luck like this?

Why did that moron bring a gun out? Why inflame an already dangerous situation?
If the cops have no proof, you probably don't need to sweat it. Might want to slow down a tad though, going 60 through the burbs isn't a good idea. It endangers lives and nothing good comes from it. Just take it to the track.
BTW, this is DEFINITELY going to get locked!
