raced a vw

well last night after seeing 2F2F (which was pretty good) I raced what i think was a gti. It had an exhaust, but i couldn't tell if it had anymore mods. It was just him in his car, and i had three other people in mine. I let off at like 52 when i hit third gear, and had him by like 2 and a half cars and pulling hard. of course, he had to do the ***** flyby . Gotta put the ricers in their place

good win, so many cops were out last night pulling people over; they must of knew people would be speeding and racing after watching the 2F2F movie.

how else could you get an import fast. Its easier to use $100 million in special effects than to try to find a few real fast import cars for a movie LOL

Is N2O equivalent to warp drive?? That's what the movie leads me to believe.. Warp 9, Scotty!! Zoom! Whoosh!

I must admit though, I give the makers of 2F2F credit for at least trying to appeal to the muscle car audience, unlike the first one at all. I gotta confess that I did laugh at the part where theimport revs its engne then the muscle car (forgot what they where) revs its engine. That part at least was realistic

first off... as im sure most know, i'd take a Skyline GTR any day over almost any car made.

as for the movie, it was fun (mostly seen it cuz of the skyline) and the part where they race the yenko and what was the other? a SS chevel or somthing? that was funny, the kid is talking trash and reving his fart pipe and all of a sudden the older much wiser guy revs the engine and you couldnt hear anything but V8 power!!!!! it was awesome, and of course the guy just SM KED him off the line. dont know how they really won that "race" but over all i liked it more then the first.

ss chevelle or something? are you nuts, it was a hemi powered charger, and you call yourself a domestic owner, the camaro was a yenko w/ a 427. those cars are insane. Major part of the domestic cars "fast and furious" history. "ss chevelle or something" psh

laugh if you want, but my car between the mid 11 sec 82 camaro, and my current 91 camaro vert was a 2000 VR6 (6cyl) Jetta..

i beat several 3rdgens and a TON of 4cyl r_iceburners with it..

im not defending the car in anyway, its still slow, just pointing out that alot of 3rdgens are slower....

(really im just posting because i feel like debating and i know some bozo will reply with a comment )

Yes!! the skyline and the muscle cars were the best!, the rx7 too, everything else can bite me. the movie was rather sucky otherwise, i agree that it is kinda rediculous (?) how they make it look like warp speed when you hit the "noss". they should have had the skyline as the main character instead of the slow (relativly speaking) lancer evo, and they should have raced the skyline with the domestics, then he wouldnt have had to cheat to win! agreed that the part where the challenger revved on the stupid mitsu was awsome , i would see it again if only for that, it was so funny.
