Caddy got me.
So, I leave my house to go downtown and I stop at the light to get on the freeway. Not much traffic out on Sunday. Anyway this is a double left turn and it goes for a third of a mile or so then merges on to I-25. So I'm sitting there and a caddy comes roaring up next to me(I'm in the far left lane and he is on my right side). By the way he was driving up to the light I could tell he was in a hurry. I look over and it is a black two door caddy with a northstar badge on it. So I think, I'll just punch it and beat him to the merge point. Light turns green I turn and punch it. He must of had the same idea cause he flew by me and just kept on walking away. He got to the merge point about 5 car lengths before me. I did not think the northstar had that much power to move a heavy caddy like that. Oh, I was in my 92 bird(mods in sig). Let that be a leason well learned.

Oh yeah reminds me of when the Caddy STS outran the SRT-4, and yes the SRT-4 was racing as he spun slightly off the line, and spun a little into 2nd. The 2nd race the SRT stayed ahead by about half a car but in the first race the addy had him by a car length or so.

I recently saw a CTS on a autohauler with big Baer Brakes(13" maybe/4 piston), a 6spd and an LS1. Had a factory window sticker on it too but I oculdn't read it. Too high up. Anyone heard anything about this?

Bigals87z28 as I remember it was the Eldarado and I'm sure it had STS on it. It looked just like the one you posted.
I don't even think my forumla 350 would of took it out.

Tony, I also posted cars above too, one of the XLR and one of the Eldarado. He said a 2dr car, and thoes are the only 2 cars that caddy has made in a long time(less the alante) that he could have raced.
