I was wondering how much of a chance I stand against a new Evolution. My mods are in the sig.

New Evos are running low 13s factory, I believe. You have a good race on your hands if your car is tuned well.

best ive ever seen out of a stock Evo is high 13s. low 13s is STI territory

My friends boss has a new evo, bone stock he ran a 13.6 so basically its the drivers race. Good Luck.
