What a great night it was! Lot of good races for my slow bird... My car is a Pontiac Firebird 1989 2.8L V6 with automatic transmission, completely stock with 115 700 miles.

First race was against a Hyundai Tiburon V6. We were going about 60MPH when we floored it, I was pulling a little but not too much, after we tried it at a light, I got absolutely raped... The guy didn't opened the window to talk with me after the race, guess he wasn't impressed with the power of my mighty bird...

Second race was AWESOME. I was cruising in town when I see a black 1980 Pontiac Trans Am with 4.9L (301?) written on the hood scoop AND a 1986 Ford Mustang LX riding is ***... I make a U turn and get to them. I followed them until we arrived on a 2 lane road. I hear them floor it, the sound was so sweet, I didn't know at the time wich one was making the sound, so I come next to the Trans Am at the next light, he rev at me, I hold the brake + gas at about 1600RPM, I lauch pretty well, he spin a lot, we are even until about 20 MPH, but when he caught traction, oh man, he was putting like 2-3 bus lenght on me every 2-3 sec... I was gone so far from him when I was at 60MPH I couldn't believe it! So we catch a stop again, the guy was pretty cool, he says he doesn't have the 4.9L in there anymore, it's a modded 350, he wouldn't tell me from what it comes tought. He said, you should race the Mustang, I'm sure you'll win because it's only a 4 cyl! Hell yeah, I always wanted to race my little V6 against a 4 cyl Mustang hehe! So the Trans Am let the Mustang take place by my side, he floor it before me but I passed him like he standed still like 2-3 sec after, I was putting the same bus lenght on him as the Trans Am did to me! He said is Mustang was manual and that he would lauch it at 4500RPM at the next stop, didn't do anything, he floored it before the "Go" again but it resulted in the same end... After that the 3 of us stopped somewhere and talked for about an hour.

The last race, and not the least, was against a 1996 Honda Civic LX, manual, with couple of things done to it. I saw it coming pretty fast in the next lane, when he arrive next to me he slow down to my speed, he look at me, and floor it, it looked to pull like hell! It made a sound like a turbo or I don't know coming of the muffler. So I said to myself no way I'm gonna race this in my 17-18 sec 1/4 car! Well, at the next light, I couldn't resist, so I bring my RPM up, he does too, we launch at the same time, we are even until about 40MPH, he begin to passe me, at about 70MPH I begin to catch up a little, he is like a maximum of one car ahead, I pass him slowly against, I toughts he waited for me or something but after the race he said he was always on it. So I'm proud of my little bird finally...

Very nice races, nice to hear actually say they lost. Killed the 4 banger Stang did you, thank *** I would have had to have shot you bud. LoL. Laters

that looks like a nice bird man. Stick a 350 in there and itll be sweet. is that new paint?

The paint is about 3 years old, but the guy that painted it did a poor job, the paint is coming off already at many places... Oh well...
