Setting: Saturday, 1:30pm, Irvine on Sand Canyon Rd.

I was waiting at a red light in the left lane (heading straight) when this gothic babe in a white thirdgen Camaro pulls up next to me. She never even turns to look at me or my buddy. No engine revving, no clues. My lane merges into hers not 200 feet ahead of the intersection.

Light turns green, and I hesitate a bit, then gun it. And she's pulling ahead fast. Just as it was getting good, this idiot in a pickup pulls out ahead in front of me IN THE LANE THAT'S ABOUT TO END! WTF???????????? I'm forced to brake. This idiot had to pull out into the FURTHEST lane of traffic that merged practically right where he was pulling out.

Here's the video. Due to my buddy who's a certified genius but is lacking in the common sense department, he didn't know how to operate the camera and put his finger on the lens in the first part. But you can see the truck as it merges into the other lane and me behind her killer camaro.

According to my buddy, she was hot.

I've never raced before. Does this count?

That video is off my Sanyo camera phone, and we're a year behind japan in camera phone technology. So I'll post again in a year with better video resolution. Was still fun though.
