2fast2furious

I just got back to the United States after spending a year in Iraq. While I was waiting for a flight I watched 2 fast 2 furious. I was wondering who thought they could take those Mitsubishis in a race. Either the same way that they raced the Camaro and the Charger or a straight out quater mile.

i believe car n driver got to test those cars from them fast n furious
i believe that pink s2000 ran high 13's

the yenko camaro ran 13.1 or so. the evo was mid 13's or something and the eclipse wasnt much better than 14's i think. dont remember much about it, but if those are the numbers they posted, none of those cars would be too hard to beat except that yenko. there are alot of guys with low 13 second cars here that could take all of them cars. LOL

Welcome back home man.

Everything about that movie was fake. Those mitsu's used in that movie were nothing more than bolt on queens. I have read that they were stock down to the paper filter with just some nitrous. So they are slow. Nothing about that movie was accurate so I would take every car orriented topic or scenerio in that movie and throw it out the window.

If you do not get a "danger to manifold" any 14 second car should be just fine.

Yeah somehow doing 60mph or so in reverse isnt quite feasible.....Not to mention how lame that was when he beat the Yenko.....That Yenko had a damn dEmon carb on it, how many times have you seen one flood out that bad? I never have, it was plain BS how lame that race was...only reason I watched it was to see the Yenko and the Challenger.....The Spyders are pretty dman slow, they are flashy girlie cars.....for girlie men

The Evo could muster a mid 13 pretty feasible but when he hit Nitrous and was pulling on the Yenko, somehow I didnt see that as happening, cause AWD cars have an avantage from a dig and not from a roll and actually AWD hurts you once you hit certain speeds, its a good thing for 1/8th mile or 1/4 mile tracks but not for 60 mile tracks...or thats what it seemed like.

Yeah, that was totally stupid, who the hell came up with that idea? Like it should have read "danger to tires" in the turns...

or how about in the first one when he gets that message saying danger to something and his riveted int floor falls off? lmfao.....or how about when they said he fried the piston rings after the race, and when the cops showed up he just drove off? lol
