What he says...

Ok so I raced this "350" "2800 pound" S10 and I beat him with a pretty much stock 89 Iroc except for K&N filters and a racing chip. And tonight I found out that He said I won cuz he had 5 blown pistons a wrecked flexplate and wrecked torque convertor. Is this even possible, I mean couldnt even a nit wit know that they had something wrong with their car if it had 5 blown pistons and a wrecked tranny? I mean im not a expert but i do know a good amount of stuff but this sounds like a lamers excuse to me.

What does he mean by 5 blown pistons? If 5 cylinders weren't firing that thing wouldn't even run. And with a wrecked torque converter that thing wouldn't even move. That guy is full of crap/

Racing chip...computer chip.....And how does K&N not improve performance? Improves air flow......so yeah dont know what your thinking.

K&N might only give you 5 hp with the stock TPI like intake design. try gutting the air intake box to free up flow. just cut around the edges leaving a center strip to support the filters

What I mean is K&N filters dont give you a noticable performance gain, einstein. Everyone thinks if they have K&N filters, they pick up 50hp. And you might want to call your PROM something other than a "racing chip". That sounds like something from Fast and the Furious. Can you go super duper fast with your racing chip? Now you just have to get in the habit of saying "nawwws" and "homie".

I dont know how YOU got a moderator position, but I guess everyone forum moderator crew needs a fool. And did I say i gained 50 hp from a filter no. Listen kid...i dont know who you think youre talking to, but you better watch it. And why dont you try to read a little better. Ill explain this one more time little boy....when I said K&N filters dont do anything, I meant that you dont actually feel a gain in performance after installing them. I never said they dont flow more than a stock paper element. I will never take back what I said. You are obviously some 18 year old punk kid thats got some dog of a 14 second car that thinks you can talk all the trash you want while sitting behind your moniter. Im a GM and ASE certified tech. I also work for GM. So dont think I dont know what im talking about. Ive owned faster cars than you could ever dream of. You appear to be the one lacking in automotive knowledge, since youre the one unsure of a guy with "5 blown pistons" and a "wrecked tranny" telling you the truth or not. Just remember too....moderators can also ban you.

Sorry I dont own some 305 with some bad *** "war paint" or some fake *** clone car. Like I said, any car I have will run circles around your little Camaro...including my 305. And trust me, I am far from 50 years old. I get a kick out of how you refer to my Chevelle. I got news for you buddy, that car was appraised at $27,360 five months ago, and its not even a real SS. All my stuff was built by me. And I never have to worry about racing a guy with "5 blown pistons" and a "busted flexplate". BTW, this is your last warning.

now its appropriate, buddy you realize that K&N's are worth crap you want power change over to a ram air and kill off the airbox. put on some headers, and some gears. oh a t56 wouldn't hurt either.

Cause right now my stock 305 will take you.

At one time you didn't know jack sh*t about cars. This guy knows more than most of the r*ce boys I know. So what if he listed a 'racing chip?' Who cares... we all know what he means. It's probably a hypertech or jet chip.

And K&N's will improve performance, just not a whole lot.

I have respect for you and your cars, but don't think you're g0d just because you're a moderator. You'll get YOURSELF banned for talkin' crap to members. Iroc with my Z is just trying to learn about cars, and learn about his baby. Don't give him crap. At one time you had to ask "What's a camshaft?"
