draw with '02 Camaro

friend of some friends, has a clean '02 Camaro, black on black with black wheels. Has full magnaflow exhaust and a K&N. We went twice from 65 on the highway. I had a passenger, he didn't.

First time, I left the cutout closed. He jumped on me a length as I was downshifting to 4th, he had already downshifted. He pulled it out to about 2 lengths and stayed there up to some speed, didn't look.

Second race, I opened the cutout and was ready for him. I let him move again, but I was already in 4th when he jumped, so I nailed it just slightly after him. This time I pulled out to about a length at first, then he gained a 1/2 back and stayed there until my speedo was pegged and I was approaching the shift point in 5th gear. Don't have a clue how fast we were going.

Good races though. Should have gone to 3rd though, would have been a different story.
