0-60

So I realised today that I have a stopwatch on my phone.

0-60 in 6.22 seconds.

Should I be expecting this with my engine combo? Or should I be expecting less?

I have a crap load of stuff in my car and I had a half tank of fuel. I know if my car was empty I would easily break the 6 second barrier.

So 6.22 seconds, is that pretty quick?

Well with that whimpy cam and carb you got I'd say your right on where you should be. Do yourself a favor buy a DP carb, airgap intake and a nice cam/springs set! That will change everything.

I agree. However, 6.22 (that has some tollerance since there is stacked error between your speedo and the quickness of you running the clock) isn't all that bad (for a combo that is driven every day with a full weight car) and could really be anywhere from 5.8 to 6.5.

All in due time, im running on a shoe shiners budget. =\

Yeah, some reason last night my car was launching HARD when I nailed it. I was driving it for over an hour though before I started ******* on it.

Doesn't seem like an accurate number to me.
