HOLY S***!!!
This section of the site has almost lost ALL its credability. Without two or three members here, this section would have burned to the ground, and I am almost sure some of the members would find a way to do that.
Guys are talking about their "packages", their "stains on the seat", and other things that are mostly illegible gibberish...
My god!

NOT trying to start a fight, but in his defense, although he's not a fbody guy, he does make a number of VERY good points in some of his posts, and has experience with mustangs so he can really help in "who would win cases" though he does drive a mustang... so ! haha jk

This thread should be locked, a kid who doesn't know anything about any engine ever made is arguing about everything on and inside an engine.Plus he makes really stupid jokes.

I know a lot about Camaro engines, 1985-2002. I know a lot about L03's, (the best motor ever made lol), L98's, LB9's LT1's and LS1's. I've driven each one of these motors. Who cares about the stupid jokes, let's hear a joke by you buddy. I could tell you a lot of funny jokes, but I'd get for them!

SAME rules that allow YOU to be a member here... If you would like I could link you to the terms of use... nowhere does it say no Mustang owners car post. Joke or not.

um no offense but it really didn't, its a fight that is about how shitty any other motor other than an L03 is.... And how terrible LT1's are. (which is untrue) anyone will tell you that. I only stated the fact that he has shitty jokes b/c he does haha

Re: Street Race
Oh, you hit it right on the head buddy. I am totally into guys... okay! Let me be clear, my package is just fine, and I am as straight as an arrow. And you started the package thing up. I'd hate to see what the inside of my Camaro would look like if you shined a black light in there! There would be lots of big white stains showing up! Girls think T-tops are romantic lol!!!
The first time I looked at this website I was reluctant to even sign up since its obvious that a lot of the people on here would rather form a soap opera, then to use this site for what it was designed for. Maybe I should buy an older Camaro so I dont have to deal with the negtive children that pleg the 3rd gen. Now! You can choose to grow up a little, & stop messin with me, or we can just keep up the BS. One thing I will never do is just sit back while I am being insulted. But no matter if you choose to chill or not, someone else will start me up again in regaurds to an age old issue.
One more thing man. I may have been misunderstood, to get this crap started, but I would never sit at my desk, hidding behind my computer, while calling some guy names. Thats where the "****, & *****" came in. How else can I put it, so I dont have 5 other kids wanting to have a panty fight? I dont even own any.

LOL! Well you wouldn't know anything about stains on a car seat seeing as you have a Mustang, (girls like Camaro's), and you don't have T-tops! Lol... the only stains that are on Mustang seats are coffee or ketchup... or oil because you have to fix Fords every time you want to drive them!!! Lol.

Re: Street Race
Dont get me wrong I love my car, but its not fast in any way. I think its going to get a swap. Maybe the ls 5.3. My car is so crapy to drive in its stock form that I have only put 200 miles on it in over 3 years. Wont be driving it any time soon since the wife is having a baby. Due in September. Plus im in college again, so I can only work part time. Thanks George Bush.
Only good thing about Chevy is that they made the same stuff forever so parts are cheep compared to ford. The 302 is a way better built motor the the 305. I blew up a 305 once with out trying. Could not blow up the 302 after my stang was stolen, even with a knocking rod. Trust me I tried. Burnt the tires up and down the block. I gave up on blowing it up, Pulled it, and put a used motor in it. Worst part about it is that I have to see it all the time still. Gave it to my dad as a b-day gift.

Re: Street Race
Not by my 305 though lol.
Striker911: 302's are strong, I knew a guy who had a '92 GT 5-speed. He beat that car for years, and then totalled it by running into a tree at 130 mph running from the cops stoned and drunk. It was a shame, but Ford's are still fun to rip on. Sorry about your job dude. Good luck with the one on the way!

I sure hope you don't honestly think the things you say are true? You HONESTLY think that Your thirdgen in 2009 gets you F'ed by beautiful women? You think your 305 TBI is a rice and Mustang killer? You think the 305 TBI kills foreign cars?
You will sit there and tell me, with a straight face that you HONESTLY believe these things?
Seriousely?
No... REALLY?

Listen, I've read a ton that 25thmustang has had to say, in many different threads, he is very knowledgable, not only with mustangs, but with cars in general, I'm not gonna lie, I would take his opinion, and his advice more seriously than pretty much anyone who has posted in this thread.
we buy these cars because we enjoy them, don't hate on someone else for something they enjoy, yes you are entitled to your own opinion, but why try to put someone else down for it?
This arguement is so dumb, its not even funny, if you want to have an arguement about something, people should bring up valid points, not just stupid name calling.

How was that quote in reference to the whole thirdgen community??? It appeared to be, I quoted someone who was telling me how my car and all Fords are junk. Not sure how my quote knocked the whole thirdgen world? Also I believe I was asking if "one" member was serious about his claims?

WOW, way to make a d-bag statement like that on a thirdgen website. Come on, seriously? TGO obviously forgave you for your first gigantic mistake of buying a Rustang, and now you're making your next mistake by insulting all the people on here with thirdgens! He's right, we will chew you up and spit you out man. If it came down to a Mustang and a Festiva, I might just take the Mustang... but it'd be close lol.

wow.. are you serious?
25thmustang has more of a reason to be on this board than someone whos only input is trying to flame other people...
who are you to say that he can't be apart of this board? hes been a member since 2003, you think someone who comes on this board for all of 5 months has any say in anything?
he drives a mustang.. who cares? get over it, the truth is.. a majority of thirdgens really are in pretty pathetic shape.. nobody can deny that.. jeez.. stop the middle school crap already... anyone who acts like this probably shouldnt be driving a car anyways.

It is fun though, if you don't like me being here, then petition for me to be banned. Until that time, why can't I post? There have been more times than not the wrong info about certain cars was given, and I shared the right info. I own a Mustang, I also owned an Audi, an F250, a Jeep GC, and a 27' boat... exactly how that matters on a site that has NO restrictions on what cars its forum members can and cannot own, is beyond me? If you provide an explanation and possibly quote the rules stating I can't be here, I will leave!
Also, I'm not sure where, or how you plan to "chew me up and spit me out" but like I said, feel free. Go for it, I'm waiting...

This has been fun. But here's the deal. I think I'm going to stop posting here, I have had too much fun on here bragging about a 200hp L03 and how superior it is to the 275hp LT1. I've had fun trashing Fords, and rightly so, they will always be second to GM, and third, I think I've said my fair share of inappropriate things on this thread, like many of the other people. It's nothing but a waste of time. And I don't need to getor put on probation on this website.

HAHAHA first you say LT1 are the worst motor ever designed, now you might buy one? Wow pathetic, you should just stop talking and never post again. A lot of ppl would agree with me on that. Whats it gonna be next? Considering you probably can't afford an LS1 they are going to be the next so called "**** motor" that you hate?

Re: Street Race
Dude, you are on probation for a reason. Shut up. I have driven a lot of different motors. My favorite Camaro motors in order:
1.) LS1
2.) L98
3.) LB9
4.) LO3
I have yet to drive an LT1, my bad, I believe I posted above that I did. LSX motors are never sh*t.
By the way, you like my sig? That was made for the ignorant people on here like Viper man.

Wow your cool, telling me to shut up. HA! I'll bet the only engine out of those you have ever driven was the L03 b/c if you had driven an LT1 and LS1 you would know they are pretty close to each other performance-wise. You have no room to talk owning an L03. YOur probably a 14 yr old who has just gotten his first car and got a hard on about it and now you think you know all. I'm not fighting with you, i'm just stating the facts that you are quite wrong with a lot of what you say. You quite opinionated.

Re: Street Race
I like my LT1 also. No optispark issues here so far with 162,XXX abused miles. Only thing that's really gone wrong is my stock 4L60E couldn't handle the torque in the 4,100 lb beast it was in, lol, which is my 94' Caprice 9C1. I used to think my 91' Firebird with the LO3 and T-5 was fairly quick, but when I got this car I realized pretty quick just how bad even this full sized boat would DESTROY my old Firebird. I couldn't imagine the motor in a lighter car, or how it must feel to drive an LS powered car. Every motor has it's quirk(s) no matter what brand or whatever, mainly because there's so many different variables in each car's life. As far as the opti is concerned, when properly taken care of, it's not uncommon for opti's to go 100,000 miles trouble free. Even with LS1's I've read about a lot of piston slap cases with them, maybe not as bad as some other engine's probs, but a defect none the less. Not sure if there's any others as i'm not too knowledgable with LS motors. You should give the LT1 a chance dude, you might actually like it. I know I was kinda skepticle at first, hearing about the opti and whatnot, but I've grown to like it.

Re: Street Race
my LTX is making 344rwhp with only a hotcam and a tune. 98k miles on the clock, with the original opti in place (no issues so far). the car runs 12.2s at 116mph
guess mine missed the memo that all LTXs are junk
