Re: LT1 vs 305tbi
This thread is giving this site a bad name. Why are the mods letting it keep going? This needs to be locked.
Pretty terrible that two men, one in his thirtys (?) have enough time on their hands to harrass an 18-year-old all over the Internet because he's proud of his car. It's downright shameful. It is to the point where if it continues to be a problem, and this keeps escalating, there may be police involvement. This is harrassment, and I've been way too nice about the whole thing. It would be different if I didn't know you both, but you live in the same area I frequent and hang out in the same lots I visit on cruise night.
Seriously, leave me alone.
Last warning. I've dealt with this crap for too long and have better things to do than defend myself from false accusations.

Re: LT1 vs 305tbi
personally I'd build another motor but a friend of mine has a 90 camaro with a 305, carbed though, thats going high 12's. Its an original ho motor from 84. .30 over, ported heads with bigger valves, performer rpm intake, holley 650 dp, small solid lift cam, th350, 373's, and drag radials. He runs 12.80's at 98-102. his 60 foot is in the 1.7 or 1.8 range. yeaaa.....I'd build something else to go fast. He wants to build a 331 stroker or a 350. I say 350 but whatever right lol. My 2 lt1 cars went 12's with cam and exhaust.

When i first read this thread i thought it could be OK, Always find controversy where certain people are on this board, it's a shame we cannot just talk about cars and racing here. I have not been on TGO in awhile and am sorry to read the same old **** going on here....LOL and smoke that 305TBI car!

If it wasn't personal, you would have kept it on the 1320, not brought it over here.

Don't even go there man, you've already PM'd me wanting a time and date to fight me on the 1320. It goes much deeper than my car. I can take crap about that but when you make it personal (and make threats), I have a problem and you and Dan both know that this isn't about my car, this is an attack on me.

Listen I think you are a typical hot shot 18 year old trying to kick the worlds *** with your camaro and that is fine. But someday in the near future you will learn that life has a funny way of humbling a guy right out.
