Good Lord! Some people just don't get it about racing cars. I drive a 99 4x4 with the 3.0 V6 and 245's. Not to put too fine of a point on it, but its slower than ****. I would say 0-60 in about 9.5 or 10 seconds. Mine has 3.73 gears too, but they don't help much. If I punch it from anything over about 5 mph, the computer pulls all the timing out and its just plain embarassing how slow it is. no matter how you race, you'll kill him. Give him 3 car lengths to start. You'll still dust him.

I know I'll dust him, I have a ranger too. That's why i'm also kind of curious on the numbers. Who knows, we might have a ranger showdown. His is the same year as mine just different tires. I was just curious if anybody knew the HP or anything? mine is also 4x4 and his is 4x2. any numbers and times would be cool. We'll race and time ourselves with calendars..LOL

Actually an old woman in a motorized scooter would do better in the 1/4 mile than it would.
