Me vs Grand Am GT vs Impala LS
Me vs Grand Am GT vs Impala LS
First it was me vs GT. I didnt want to really race because Im still a lil paranoid driving after hitting a dear last night. But I beat him by a few car lenghts, at about 75+ since there was a light. I had to make a turn but I got to see it race a newer Impala. The last I saw was the GT a few feet ahead. Is the Impala fast enough for a GT? My uncle had an Impala but it got repoed before I could test it out

Good kill,
I guess those new grand am's with the 3.4 are pretty quick. Someone posted that they run around 15.8 or so. Ive driven them and that seems to be about right. The Impala's with the 3.8's are pretty quick for their size, but I would guess a low 16 second quarter mile, which seems to be about what you said you saw. I guess some other guys have been killed by Grand Am's so you should be pretty happy.

Does anyone know why they have it in the commercial with the classic lowrider Impalas? I dont see anyone trying to fix the new one up, and I dont think the hydraulics would be cool with fwd.
