Notchback stang vs IROC-Z

Today I was on my way to my first class around 10 o'clock this morning and i'm stopped at a stoplight. Next thing I know I hear the distinctive sound of a mustang. I look over and sure enough there sits a nice green 5.0 5 speed stang with pony wheels and the 4cyl wing on the trunklid. The driver notices me checking the car out and gives a nice rev of the engine and at that point I figured what the hell it's on. I stalled my car up to about 1500 rpms and waited for the green. When the light turned green the mustang jump out in front of me by about a fender or so and I quickly regained that and jumped ahead to where my driver door was at the mustangs front bumper and I gained a little bit more ground but not much until i shut down at 70. No ***** fly by either which was nice.. Overall it was a pretty dam good race and very close. I also tried to get an LT1 z28 to play today after school but he didn't want any of it..hehe
