1/4 times for C4 corvettes

Does anyone know about any websites with 1/4 mile times for these corvettes. I can not seem to find any. I am trying to find times for an 85 with the mighty 4+3 trans, and I think the other is a 90 with a six speed. Both are bone stock. Thanks in advance guys.

Nick

those cars will give you no trouble.....high 14s, even though Im sure someone will quote a magazine and tell me Im wrong even though Ive seen it. The LT1 cars are the only C4s that were able to get into the low 14s and high 13s with the LT4 and ZR1 being 12 second rides with good drivers.

edit....I though you were Nic. They should be a good race with the 90 possibly giving you trouble. '85 4+3 is a sh*tbox

The '90 Vette with a 6-speed will easily pull low 14s. I've seen stock L98s with 6-speeds break into 13s. Hell I've even seen auto Thirdgen L98s break into 13s stock. I think tpivette89 ran like 14.1 stock with his L98/auto combination. The 85 Vette with the Doug Nash tranny should pull 15 flat -14.5

My good friend has a 1990 Corvette auto, he runs consistant 14.3's at around 98mph His car is stock except for an air foil. Otherwise it has no mods, still has factory exhaust too. This year he will be adding a catback, and a K&N FIPK.

i have an 89' automatic, and when it was stock i ran at my local track with an iced intake, and tire pressure at 25 PSI. i ran a best time of 13.9 at 98mph. i usually got low 14s, though. If the driver is familiar with the C4 vettes, they should be able to get similar times. The 84s have Crossfire injection and run in the mid 15s. Any year TPI can go low 14s. LT1s will go mid 13s. And if you race a LT4 (96 manual cars only) they have been known to go high 12s. ZR1s can go mid 12s. Dont underestimate the early C4s. Unless he sucks at driving, expect low 14s to high 13s.
