Top 5 Power Mods For A gta/iroc to get in high 13's
Have a GTA/IROC in mind for this summer (Tpi/350/L98). Would like the best of both worlds. A 1/4 time in the high 13-low 14 range and/or just over 300 hp.
Not interested in the 3 big power adders, super/turbo/nos.
After the free mods, a good tune up, etc.. .
What would you say are the 5 best mods to gain the most oomph (hp)?

The Tech Board is the best for these kind of questins. 
Maybe The TPI Board to because its an L98.
