I got a chance to buy a 350 Rebuilt with everything brand new.
Its a newer engine also, I got it threw a connection, its $800, let me remind you its rebuilt, with new gaskets and everything. I can get it installed for $200, adding it up to $1000 for a new engine and swap.

You probably want to find out, who built it and if there are any reciepts. Has it been running and why it's being sold.
There's rebuilding and rebuilding right. A "BIG" difference.
If everything checks out ok, go for it. It's a good buy.

 

I agree with 16th, there are some real crappy "rebuilds" just check things out to make sure you are not getting jammed!

 

also if you buy a 2g new car likly you are buy another car with problems and may find your self back in the same boat you are in now!

without seeing the car you have now and the one you want to buy. theres no way i could give you an opinion that would be in your best intrest.
