local source for wheel adapters?

local source for wheel adapters?
anybody know of a local source for 2" wheel adapters? i'd just rather go local than order from the us. i'm from london, but a gta source would be cool too.

My buddy tried finding wheel adapters, and a lot of the local shops here didn't sell them because they were illegal 
So, good luck. My buddy ended up getting some made for him for quite the cost, and he got a deal.. LOL
