Sorry dude, I am out of town for a couple of weeks. One day we shall meet again.Hell, I can't even go to St Thomas . I get back on the 11th.

 

Welland is an hour and a bit from Cambridge. 1.5 hours from Toronto.

It is right next to Niagara Falls, technically down the street from me.. LOL

Are you kidding me ?

If not, the 'power bulge' hood was a Formula option but it has been around for awhile even back in the 2nd gen Turbo T/As. Common trick is to open it up so the hot engine air escapes but this can be a pain sometimes -- when stopped at a light the hot air makes the air shimmer right in front of your view. I find it distracting but like the cooler engine temps.

my old rocky is put to sleep for the year..i need a hood, the apint is getting redone and the motor is having a tweak..so im out of any fun shows and meets until next year...have fun with them all...and i cant go to st thomas..car will be getting"tweaked" so make sure you all post your times and such, so i know how much $ i have to dump to beat you all!!

As for the hot air thing, I know it all too well, I have no rear hood seal on my hood and it does that time to time if in the 105 zone...

Here's the best though, in the rain and in stop and go.. wait more gridlock, my hood will cause the rain on it to steam up lol...

At first I thought I busted a coolant hose at the time, but when i pulled over and checked nada... touched the hood to close it and ouch my hand... was a lot lot warmer than normal.. funny it looked real freaky having steam appear from my hood top...

you want to see some other cars so bad YOU make the drive. DONT expect people to come to you. So get off your *** and drive to Welland this weekend or wait untill Aug 10 and drive to St Thomas to see lots of other cars.

 

Actually I wanna see some camaros too lol... I've only seen tanager and iroc2nv's rides...

Yeah, I recall being vastly outnumbered at the Sparta get together. If I remember correctly i saw 2 maybe 3 other 3rd gen Camaros there( I arrived late). Hopefully I can make it out this time as well. At the time the photo was taken my car was surrounded by GTA's and Trans ams. Not that there 's anything wrong with that.......

Yes you are. We'll have to discuss this next year at the first drag day you can attend.

Before I foget.....I checked in my booklet, box and nothing in regards to RMS for my amps. I have to search the web a little bit harder unless you know of an easier way.

all i can say is take them to a car audio place that you trust around you and theyll be able to tell you the max power rating(rms should be half, once again depending on the amp) but if they are good and they deal with those amps..then youll know..
thats the only other way that i know how to check them..i always stuck with jl and zapco so thats why i know alot about them..

ps.yes we will have to find out..although the car will not be stock next year well see what happens..hopefully ill have it ready for test and tune cayuga next year\!!
