If you haven't bought it yet Paul, don't waste your money. With only about a 4HP gain at the very max, you're money would be best spent on a K&N drop-in filter instead. Unless of course you just wanna dress it up a bit, it's a nice show piece.

go with the intake it will give you more room to grow then a K&N drop in filter will give you. It will really wake the engine up with more mods. I had a 2.2 Cavalier that ran 14.9 so trust me on this one!

14.9 with a 2.2?!? Maybe on NOS! The intake will not get you in the high 14's alone without some serious mods. $300 for an intake and 4HP gain...or $50 for a K&N drop-in and 2HP gain...hmmm, you do the math! $300 would be better spent getting a custom CAI done by someone like Alloy Options.

No Juice, when the engine went I had it rebuilt, bored out, JE Forged Aluminum pistons, i spent $3400 on the engine, it was all done up! Wish I still had that car, I wrapped it around a tree, and then sold the engine to a buddy who put it in his Z24!

Just to let you guys know cash converter's on queen in brampton has a cold air intake setup with filer for $100 brand new.

Might wanna check that out , it's still a ***** mod tho
What i don't get was you sell your TransAm ,only to rice out a sunfire? you could have just kept the t/a and souped it up , a sunfire is a ecno box that wont be worth didly in time to come , your t/a would hold it's value, the sunfire wont.
