I went to Leggat today to have the dealer inspect my seat-belt buckles ........and they said ............yep you need new ones !!!!

I had mine replaced in the spring. It's a nice CHEAP interior upgrade. Mine were pretty gungy looking, now they are brand new

 

I may do this too... luckilly the tinting on the car did its work over the last 14 years.. buckles work ok still.

 

Here's the problem: They have no obligation to make the belts match your interior colour. I.e. many colours are no longer "available"- as such- if all they can get is red belts- you may have a tan interior with red seatbelts- you may want to check this before they do the work (i.e. what colour belts will they be installing?).

 

I've heard all they stock now is black these days.

 

All they keep is black belts, hmmm what a coincidence for me.. I got a black belts too...
