i've been blessed with the o'l LG4 engine (Quadra Jet Carb) , but today i installed new metering rods (CK) (which is posted as a mod in the tech issue) and WOW...what a difference in throttle responce, (just in time for this sunday), now i've gotta work out the bogging that happens at full throttle in 4th/5th gear....anyone else do this mod?

 

yeah put some DR rods in and a G hanger. i also have a set of CKs that i have yet to try. i would really like to get a B hanger, but i havent found one yet. i might just buy one from edelbrock. secondary rods and hangers are an easy mod that does help out, there is no question.
