Beater Problem
My truck won't start.
Does anyone know how to disable the neutral safety switch on a 91 Ranger, 4 litre manual trans so it will start w/out it.
I'm sure that's what the problem is because it was gradually f'king up a couple of days ago but would start if I let the clutch in and out a few times.
So is there a fuse for the switch or can I disconnect it from somewhere and if I can disconnect it will that solve this problem.
The real laugh is that I had the bastard in a shop that I go to up in Stouffville getting it oil sprayed this morning and they could have fixed it but now I'm back in TO and the trucks' in the f'king underground refusing to turn over.
Any help appreciated, Thanx.

Well I found the switch - disconnected it and got the motor started. It's this like collar thing around the shaft for the hydraulic cylinder. Has about 10 wires coming out of it and going into the firewall - maybe I get another one at Crap Tyre.
