Snowplow Nigthmare

Ever have a snowplow break or wreck something on your car? Well I just found out today that one of these junkies smashed into the back of my car, cracking and breaking my rear passenger side tail light. Destroyed the outer lens cover and cracked the **** out of the inner lens. Man, I was so pissed off...still am.

These guys that snowplow are insured for such damages, I know because I did some sub-contract snowplowing last year. Find out who has the snowplowing contract where the accident happenned and report it!

good luck.

Have no idea who it was and I didn't see it. I already tried talking to some store owners there and they said they don't know who plows the plaza. And yes, it does suck.

If I was there....blown a gasket!

I doubt any of the store owners would know who plows the property. Find out who the landowner is......usually the landscaper does it, or they sub it out. Remember they are insured it's the law, if not.....sue the ferging bastiges!

keep pushing...

Find out who owns the plaza or who the management company is - they will know who has the contract for snow removal and the store owners will know who the mangement company is because that's who they pay rent to.

Only problem is that there might be a lot of low end ****** envolved and they'll just deny everything - could cost you more than it's worth to chase them and they know that.

Don't lay down and take it up the A$$! Do some research and find out who is responsible for this, and make them accountable for it!

If you don't know who did it then it goes through your own insurance; also, the cops don't need you and they expect the same.

However, by all means follow up on it as best you can they may settle with you; but it's not worth going to Court for anything less than say $5000.

You'd be in small claims court on this one and you won't recover any more than $500 for costs but it will cost you more than that to prosecute the matter.

Even if you obtain judgment against the owners you still have to enforce it and that costs more money.
