Cat back Q?

Cat back Q?
Does anyone know if the 4th gen cat back exhuast will fit in the 3rd gen, over the rear axel, ect. I know theres abit of mod'n to meet it up with the cats and that the muffler is the same, I am just wondering about over the axel in the right spot. I can pick up a cheap 4th gen Borla set and want to know.

The brackets and hangers are in different spots. But, yes, the 4rthgen exhaust physically fits underneath a thirdgen. Your best bet would be to hack your existing exhaust off about a foot after the cat and have the new exhaust welded in place. They're both gonna be 3" pipe anyways.
