You still need the y-pipe so add another 100 USd. So there's $260 - I think Hedman PN-68481 sells for about $300 US and that comes with a y-pipe.

Hedman Hedders fitting that description go for $119.95 at Summit Racing.
So, no, that's not a good deal.
