my car is an 87. it will never pass an e-test. I avoided it last year(sneaky me)i'm do next year. when i fail, do i drive 2 years on $450 and have to pass the next time or my car is pulled off the road? I don't mind sitting on it for 1 season and driving it when its 20 years old with no worries of an etest. Is my understanding on this matter correct or not?

not sure of all the details but from what I understand(have read) the $450 pass is only good for one year. I'd sooner try to find a place you can give $100 to that'll let you by.
