howdy.....welcome to the boards,
well, all the mail order places from the states will ship here, but it costs a ridicolously large amount. by the time you get the product to your house, with the exchange rate, shipping, and brokerage fees, it is the same price or cheaper to buy stuff here and there is alot less hassle and waiting (unless you get a real smoking deal on the product from the states).
so basically, you can buy the stuff from local speed shops or canadian tire, who sometimes have fantastic prices, or buy used stuff.
there is a mail order company in BC called Canadian
Hi-Performance Discount.
you can visit them here:

they have great prices and you only pay GST and the shipping rates are very, very low.
as for the parts, hedman hedders are the best value in terms of excellent price and performance. the hooker cat-back is a solid unit and performs very well. just buy the cheapest one, they only differ in the way they attached to the cat, but you can just weld'r right up to the cat.

I second the recommendation for a hooker cat-back. Excellent build quality and a mean sound. I have their 3" catback on my car. I make frequent visits to tillsonburg(every week) so stand by on hwy 19 if you'd like to hear me drive by
EDIT: Got the part # for the "cheap" hooker cat-back: 16822
Brad aka darbleinad is correct that the only differences are the cat flange.

thank you for the information. It has been a hard time trying to find quality parts for my car. It seems like the style of my z28 is just ignored by most of the aftermarket at this point. Hopefully i will have the car finished shortly so that i can put it back on the road next year

Even tho alot of stuff isnt' labelled for your year most of it will still fit with very minor modifications. What else are you in need of or just looking to do for next year?

There are a few things I am thinking of doing to the car before I bring it out next year, I need to replace the front struts on the car, any suggestions on a really good set, also I would like to replace the rear sway bar with a bigger one if possible. I am also looking for new centrecaps for my rims, and two more of the stock z28 aluminum rims for spares. I am also looking for a set of the Iroc tail lights. Has any one out there done a tpi swap on these cars, I have always been interested in that, but that is something I will be doing a long ways down the road.

I used Kyb GR2 struts on my camaro and they are pretty good for the price, but if you are into autocross then you might want something better. As far as center caps, you can get them through hawks or thirdgen resource. I had them mailed to me, bypassing customs. Iroc tail lamps come up every once and a while.

If you dont' mind buying a used set with about 3000 kms on them I'll sell ya my shocks. Otherwise I paid $67ea for shocks and $101ea for struts at Jim's Speed shop here in London.
EDIT: Call ahead tho. He'll probably have to order them.
