My 1986 trans am turns over really slow when I first turn it over, and doesn't start. When it sounds like the battery is on it's last bit of juice and the motor is turning really slow, all of a sudden there is a sudden burst of energy and it starts. I guess telling everyone that it has been sitting (not running) for about 3 years would help.
