Thinking about a 2nd gen.
I think im gonna do my 92 RS up like a 91-92 z28,leave it TBI but with 350.Use it for daily use.I was considering buying a 79-81 z28 all original off ebay in the states and going to pick it up.Anyone had one here? i think 79-81 are damn sexy cars most are hacked up into drag cars i would like one all original

Plain and stock, they're dogs, and kind of homely.
Done up like StrokedZ, they're amazing looking. Those cars should have rolled off the assembly line with 10.5" out back.

I've had 2, a 79 Camaro and a 81 Z28. Avoid t-roof cars, they are much worse than 3rd gen cars for squeeks, rattles, flex etc. Find one that has a good interior. Most of the parts you can get via the aftermarket, but its better to get one that has all the parts already there.

Hello George- thanks for the words- Best wishes to you and yours as well. I haven't been around the last few months as I've been living out in the trees between Peterborough and Ottawa.
