Finally got some track times....

Well, I got 3 runs in on saturday before it rained. First run was the best of the night, 12.55 @ 117.49 (the mph was not right in this lane, everyone was trapping high, but the et's were right)
Run two was in the other lane to try and get an accurate MPH, it spun quite a bit, 1.955 60' compared to 1.866 on the first run, but still ran a 12.64, at a correct MPH of 111.92. I think I should be able to get a little better 60' and maybe see a 12.4x, but Im happy so far, especially with the fact that nothing broke!!!

Thats awesome man! I'm hoping to get mine out soon to see what it will do... I'm running a WCT5 behind a fairly hot stroker as well... what do you have for a clutch/flywheel?

I'm going to try it on ET streets so I'm asking for trouble.... but if it pops I'm going to order up the G-force kit.

Acceld-I think there's a little left in the tune, need to get a wideband and/or get on a dyno.

Johny- I'm running a centerforce dual friction and centerforce billet flywheel...mine's not a stroker but im sure you'd be fine with even a stock flywheel and a centerforce DF...I have been looking at that G-Force kit as well...but it won't be in the near future since I'm back to school in another month...

depends on what your definition of "powershifting" is I guess....I didn't keep my foot on the floor during shifts...just lifted enough for it to go in with a quick jab at the clutch...so I guess you could say no, I didn't power shift it, but I didn't baby it either....just hoping it will last another month before I have to put it away and go back to school!

Cool.. I'm running the centerforce DF and a McLeod billet with the removable balance plate... if it lasts a summer I'll be happy

Let me know if you're heading to the track before the end of June, wouldn't mind seeing/ hearing that thing in person....

What exhaust are you running?

For this summer I'll be running headmans with a single 3" QTEC at the Y... next year I'm going for hooker long tubes with dual 3" QTECs.... whats after the cutouts is just along for the ride. lol

That's a decent trap speed. With good traction you should be deep deep 12's high 11's.
