hey i just recently moved to Toronto, ON from Miramichi, NB and i was wondering if there were any meets, or anything like. Be nice to get meet some people with fbody's...the picture was cut in half, with my brothers mustang, so the pic is far away but up close, so the rims dont look right.

cool ill check it out, not sure if i will be out this weekend or not, im in the process of adding some aluminum heads, water pump, msd ignition, and new intake on the car...between that and my hectic days, i am not sure

If you haven't dyno'd the car with your current setup then it would give you a good baseline before you do all the mod's. That is unless you have already started to strip it down and do install

motorsports? thats the dragway about 1 hour from where i am, i was planning on going there when i was done.

how much is to dyno at these meets? and is it same price to get into the park as weekends for racing?

sorry as im not from around here and i would like to get all the info i can and im not familiar with streets except for downtown streets like Bay, Yonge, Queen, Dundas, etc.

 

TAG Motorsports is in Oakville, about 25 minutes from Downtown to the west towards Niagara Falls. The Queensway/427 is about 15 minutes west of Yonge st and the Gardiner Expr. The dyno day is 2 pulls for $40 and the Saturday night Street Classics is every Saturday night until October.

Toronto Motorsports Park is about 1 and 15 minutes west of downtown TO and has a nice 1/4 mile track that is open to street cars most of the time.

well if you get it all together you can make it out to tonight's Street Classics cruise. Should be lots of camaro's and trans am's out tonight.
