Yeah, fukin German cars way over engineered - have to have bearings in everything - that's why they lost the war..lol. At least GM just uses a plain old crush sleeve for the muffler.

LOL

Not many things on the internet actually make me laugh. This did though

You need a fartcan. I suggest a nice APC unit with a 9" tip. I'd forego using any of the silencers as well.

OH NO man your going to have a tough time finding that one. That has the special high speed offset on it. Only came on police interceptor versions and is not stocked at any aftermarket outlets. Thats a Dealer $$$$$ only item. Too bad man.

You should upgrade to the later tapered roller style, the ball bearing is the original design, I believe there was either a TSB or a recall on it. I heard it from a friend of a friend of mine that had one blow out at high speed.....not a pretty site!!!!!!!! ;-)

I can only imagine what a ....... Balanced and Blueprinted, Stuttgart tapered Roller, 10 ball, Offset, Special dealer order from Germany, muffler bearing is going to cost you.

Good Luck!

A guy at work here with a Honda CRX is an expert on similar devices so I asked him to look at the pics...

He is positive that sucker is made from costalloy, same as the one he has on order from Japan. BIG $$$$$$.
