Ac removal

I removed my ac now I have the 2 pipes sticking out the firewall where the blower fan is located.
Is there another connection inside the fan housing for me to unblot the ac pipes without cutting and is there a cover for a none ac option?
Do I have to adjust anything with the heatercore with this removal?

Re: Ac removal

So I take it, this is a whole different setup and for me to actually remove that plastic housing I would need the whole setup from a non ac GTA etc...
Does the non ac hookup the same as the ac or is it a pain to hookup?

Re: Ac removal

just got the A/C ripped out of my IROC . I had a hard time finding a non A/C heater box that wasn't rotted out . Got one in London for 50 bucks. You may run into a problem with a bolt spinning ... but it comes off pretty easy . It take up a fair bit less room too . BUTTTTTTT with your A/C removed what are you doing about the belt ? I cut off the bracket for the compressor ( kept tensioner ) They do make an idler pully ... I couldn;t use it though as ...it sits right in front of the dam turbo ..so that was a no go
