The guy that said he wanted it backed out on me. I relied on it to finance the paint for my car, so now I pretty much need to get what I can for it. THe new engine is all done though, finally. It should be started next weekend.

Does the tranny come with it? I will ask my buddy if he wants it, but I think he wants a 5.7L... we'll see

No, I'm keeping the tranny but the whole engine is complete. The only thing needed is a wiring harness which is about $350-$400CAN from painless. The original one got hacked up by yours truly trying to get my electronic guages to work with an old school engine. Other than that everything is there. It runs excellent. That little 305 has burned quite a few 5.0's up here in Ottawa. And with the bigger cam there is only a 10Hp difference between the 305 and the 350 from 87. If you or your buddy has any questions just ask. I check back a couple times a day.
