Car is dying at idle,Vacuum?

Today my car would start, idle very rough, then die. If I gave it gas it would stay running. It sounded like a vacuum problem so I checked all my lines. The vacuum line going from the plenum to the power brake booster had a crack in it. Would this cause my problem? It seems like once the car warms up it does a little better, and if I play w/ the line idle goes up and down. Please help

Thanks

all i can say is replace it and see what happens. your problem doesnt seem consistent with a vacuum leak.

if you found a line with crack in it then replace it. even if it isnt the problem, it will be one later on down the road.
